What is Covid 19?
The corona virus is transmitted through the English T of the face. For example, the corona virus enters the body through the eyes, nose and mouth. The coronavirus can be spread by touching the nose, eyes or mouth of an infected person. Symptoms may appear within a few days of it entering the body. It can live 14 days in a person's body without any symptoms. Some people may be infected without symptoms. So it can spread to others without the knowledge of the infected person.
Who can be infected with coronavirus?
Coronavirus can infect any person. The same person is more likely to be infected a second time. People over the age of 45, those with respiratory illnesses, and those with low immunity are at risk.
There are no vaccines or drugs to prevent coronavirus. Health rules must be followed to prevent coronavirus. Coronavirus can be prevented through social distance, frequent hand washing, use of masks.
1. You Will wash your hands repeatedly with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
Or use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer.
2. You cannot touch your face without washing your hands with soap and water.
3. Keep it thoroughly clean from the nails to the wrists.
4. Always wash your hands with soap and water after using the bathroom, before meals and after coughing, sneezing or clearing your nose.
5. Return to the house from outside and follow the hygiene rules.
6. Coronavirus may be present in counters, door latches, etc. Clean it regularly using disinfectants such as alcohol or bleach.
7. Wash clothes with detergent / cloth raw soap and hot water if possible.

You clean your hands with soap or alcohol-based hand sanitizer and water. Then cover your face and nose with a mask. Remember that no gaps can be left between your face and the mask. Do not touch when you use the mask. If the mask is damp or damaged, use a new mask. Do not touch the mask with your own hands while opening it. Take off the elastic or ribbon attached to the back of the mask. Throw the mask in a trash can. Wash your hands with soap and water.Monitor your health regularly:
If you have sneezing, dry cough, difficulty breathing, chest pain or pressure, and fever, notify your doctor first. Call the local health officer. Covid-19 can cause severe shortness of breath. This may require oxygen and ventilator support.
